When you use your credit card to make a purchase on e-Giftology, we never receive, see or otherwise handle your sensitive credit card data. You seamlessly enter your data within PayPal's industry leading processing system so that you can rest assured that your data is safe.

Shipping Policies:

We have opted for economy and variety over standardization when designing our inventory and shipping methods. For these reasons, we only stock items when it decreases the cost to you. Many items on e-giftology.com ship directly from the manufacturer to you. We partner only with companies who maintain reliable shipping and inventory systems.

A few things to know about your order:
1. All products ship via a comparable ground service, but the specific service may vary. Due to volume and varied methods required to get an item to you, we cannot offer any expedited shipping at this time.   We apologize for any inconvenience.
2. Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt or the next business day (after weekends or holidays) to ensure the quickest processing.
3. We only accept orders for shipment within the United States.
4. Tracking information may not be immediately available, but we track the process of all orders daily to minimize delays.
5. While the inventory system we use is the latest available, should your order be out of stock we will notify you immediately via email. If you provide a phone number, we will also attempt to call you. You will then have the option of waiting for the item to arrive or cancel your order with no penalty.
6. It is possible that an order for multiple types of items would ship from different locations.

Return Policies:

You may return most undamaged items purchased at e-Giftology within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. Item must be returned via the method of our choice.

If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 20 percent. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

The following items may not be returned:
Some items are marked in the listing as non-returnable. These items will be exchanged only in the event that the product is defective out of the box. A valid RMA# is required. Email us with your order number to receive a valid RMA#.

Ship authorized returns to the following address:
We prefer to have returns sent directly to the manufacturer when applicable to keep down costs for all involved. Please contact us via email prior to returning any product to receive the proper information.
