e-Giftology.com was subsequently launched.  To date, e-Giftology features over 175,000 unique gift ideas and welcomes 1000s of visitors every month. 

We understand that the visitors are key to any online business.  Creditibility, trust, reliability and communication are the foundations for growing an online business.  How do we accomplish these lofty aspirations? By providing a level of service for each customer as though they are the only customer we have.  In fact, to experience this yourself, give us a call. Shipping Policies:
 
We have opted for economy and variety over standardization when designing our inventory and shipping methods. For these reasons, we only stock items when it decreases the cost to you.  Many items on e-giftology.com ship directly from the manufacturer to you.  We partner only with companies who maintain reliable shipping and inventory systems.  

A few things to know about your order: 
1. All products ship via a comparable ground service, but the specific service may vary.
2. Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt or the next business day (after weekends or holidays) to ensure the quickest processing. As often as possible, your order will ship within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends an holidays).  Currently over 98% of orders received ship within 24 hours or by the next business day.
3. We only accept orders for shipment within the United States.
4. Tracking information may not be immediately available, but we track the process of all orders daily to minimize delays.
5. While the inventory system we use is the latest available, should your order be out of stock we will notify you immediately via email.  If you provide a phone number, we will also attempt to call you.  You will then have the option of waiting for the item to arrive or cancel your order with no penalty.  
6. It is possible that an order for multiple types of items would ship from different locations.
